How Avenuor collects, uses, protects and deletes your data.

1. What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- The invoices, documents and asset details you add.
- Basic usage data and cookies that keep you signed in and help us improve Avenuor.
2. Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo. We use them only to create your account and sign you in. We do not sell or share this data, use it for ads, or use it to train AI models. You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Avenuor’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How we use your data
Only to run Avenuor for you: reading your invoices, tracking your assets, sending your reminders and giving you support.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run Avenuor, or when the law requires it.
5. Keeping your data safe
Your data is encrypted and only people who need it to run the service can access it.
6. Deleting your data
To delete your account, raise a request with our support team at support@avenuor.com. Once it is processed, all your data, including Google account data, is removed from our servers within 30 days.
