No. You send us the invoice and we read it. Most people add their first five assets in a couple of minutes by forwarding old purchase emails.

Nothing is deleted or locked. You keep everything you have added and we ask you to move to Premium at 99 rupees a month before adding the eleventh.

Yes. A photo of a paper bill, a forwarded email, a PDF or a screenshot all go through the same reader. If a field cannot be read confidently we ask you rather than guessing.

Yes. Add the brand, the model and roughly when you bought it, and Avenuor can still track service intervals, current value and what a repair is worth against a replacement.

Only you. Your personal vault is never visible to your society, your builder or a service vendor. Society documents are scoped to the committee seats and are logged in an audit trail.

The workspace belongs to the society, not to the seat holders. Seats are reassigned at handover and the register, service history, contracts and documents stay exactly where they are.
